Ms. Lobo graduated from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art Architecture School in 1991. Since then, she has continuously worked at many design and technical architecture and engineering firms in New York City, including Fox and Fowle Architects, Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, Vollmer Associates, and Thorton Tomasetti Engineers. Ms. Lobo’s experience spans decades of high end residential, commercial and retail projects. She has developed long term relationships with major construction, design and real estate firms in New York City.

Prior to starting Indus in 2012, Ms. Lobo was a one-third partner is a forensic firm called Erwin Lobo Bielinski PLLC for six years. Starting Indus was a natural development in Ms. Lobo’s career. Ms. Lobo is adept in technical issues related to residential and commercial architecture, and coordinating engineering, energy efficiency and structural issues. Therefore, Indus’s approach to projects combines design and engineering proactively. Indus’ project delivery successfully encompasses the relevant disciplines in a seamless manner.

Ms. Lobo’s country of origin is India, and she has lived in many countries including Hong Kong, Australia, Canada and France. She has worked on many international architecture projects and has travelled extensively. She belongs to several professional development associations and is active in charitable work.
